One-off Review — €59

The Diagnosis. Send me your site. I'll tell you what's wrong.

A plain-English PDF report — 5 prioritised issues, Lighthouse scores, and mobile QA — delivered to your inbox within 3 working days.

€59 once. No subscription. You own the report.

What it is.
A one-off manual review of your live website, delivered as a PDF. I check your site against your stated goal and write up the five things most likely to be costing you enquiries or trust.
Who it's for.
Solopreneurs with an existing site — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or custom — that isn't performing the way they hoped. You don't need to know what's wrong. That's what you're paying for.
What you'll get.
A PDF with: the verdict, 5 prioritised issues (each with a fix-today and a fix-with-a-build option), Lighthouse scores, and mobile QA notes.
How long it takes.
Within 3 working days of payment. Not automated — I review every site personally.

What's in the report

Five sections. No filler. No hidden upsells.

The Verdict

One sentence on the single biggest thing holding your site back. No waffle.

5 Prioritised Issues

Ranked by impact. Each with: what's wrong, how to fix it yourself today, and what a build would do instead.

Lighthouse Scores

Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO — your four numbers with plain-English context.

Mobile QA Notes

What it actually looks like on a phone. Most sites look fine on a MacBook and broken on a Samsung.

No Jargon. Ever.

The report reads like a message from someone who knows your site — not a technical brief you need a degree to parse.

The Verdict

The site looks professional on desktop but loses most mobile visitors before they find a way to contact you.

5 Prioritised Issues

high·No visible CTA above the fold on mobile

On a 390px screen the hero image fills the viewport and the contact button is off-screen. Visitors leave without scrolling.

Fix today

Add a sticky 'Call us' button to the mobile header using your page builder's mobile layout options.

The proper fix

A proper mobile-first redesign with a floating CTA anchored to the bottom of the viewport.

high·Page weight is 4.2 MB — 6× over budget

Three hero images are served at full camera resolution (3840 × 2560 px). This causes a 7-second load on 4G.

Fix today

Run images through squoosh.app and re-upload as WebP at 1200px wide. Free and takes 10 minutes per image.

The proper fix

Automatic next/image optimisation with lazy loading and responsive sizes baked into the build.

medium·Google Business Profile not linked

The footer has a Google Maps embed but no link to your Google Business Profile. Review requests and local SEO signals are being lost.

Fix today

Add a direct link to your Google Business Profile in the footer.

The proper fix

Schema markup with LocalBusiness + geo-coordinates that signals your service area to Google.

medium·Contact form has no confirmation message

After submitting the form, the page reloads silently. Visitors don't know if it worked.

Fix today

In your page builder, enable the 'Thank you' redirect or success message on form submit.

The proper fix

A server action with an instant toast + a confirmation email to the submitter.

low·No meta description on 4 inner pages

Google is auto-generating descriptions from page content. This reduces click-through rate from search results.

Fix today

Write a 150-character description for each page in your page builder's SEO settings.

The proper fix

Per-page generateMetadata() with keyword-rich descriptions baked into each route.

Mobile QA Notes

Tested on Chrome DevTools 390px (iPhone 14 Pro) and a real Samsung Galaxy A54. Navigation hamburger menu does not close on link tap. Hero text overflows container below 375px. Footer columns collapse correctly.

Common questions

How long does it take?

Within 3 working days of payment. I run the checks manually — no automated tool dump. You get a real review.

Is this just a Lighthouse report?

No. Lighthouse scores are one section. The main report is a human review: I look at your copy, your layout, your mobile experience, your contact path, and your page speed — then tell you what matters most for your goal.

My site isn't live yet. Can I still order?

The Diagnosis is for live sites. If you're still in planning, start with the free Website Brief template instead.

Can you fix what you find?

Yes. The report includes a 'The proper fix' column for every issue — that's what a developer would do to solve it properly. If you want the fixes done for you, the report links to where you can scope a build.

What if I don't agree with the report?

Reply to the delivery email. I'm always happy to explain my reasoning or look at something a second time.

Do you review sites in languages other than English?

Yes — the technical review doesn't require me to read your copy. I'll note language-specific issues I can see and flag anything I can't assess.
