- Name — provided voluntarily when submitting a quote or contact form
- Email address — provided when submitting a quote or contact form
- IP address — collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics tools
- Usage data — pages visited and approximate geographic region, collected anonymously by analytics tools
Why I collect it
- To respond to quote requests and enquiries
- To send you a summary of your selected pricing plan
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience
How long I retain it
Quote and contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years unless you request deletion earlier. Analytics data is aggregated and does not contain personally identifiable information.
Third-party processors
I share data with trusted third-party processors as necessary to operate the service. These include:
- Email delivery — your email address is used to send you enquiry confirmations and plan summaries
- Database storage — form submissions are stored securely on cloud infrastructure within the EU or EEA
- Website hosting — our hosting provider may retain server logs including IP addresses for operational purposes
- Analytics — anonymised traffic data is collected to help me understand how the site is used; no personal data is stored
No data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
