- Email address — provided when submitting a quote or contact form
- IP address — collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics tools
- Usage data — pages visited and approximate geographic region, collected anonymously by analytics tools
Why we collect it
- To respond to quote requests and enquiries
- To send you a summary of your selected pricing plan
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience
How long we retain it
Quote and contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years unless you request deletion earlier. Analytics data is aggregated and does not contain personally identifiable information.
Third-party processors
We share data with the following processors as necessary to operate the service:
- Resend — transactional email delivery (your email address is used to send you plan summaries and enquiry confirmations)
- Neon — database storage hosted on AWS infrastructure (form submissions are stored here)
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs (IP addresses may appear in server logs)
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly traffic analytics; no cookies, no personal data stored
- Vercel Analytics — performance and visitor metrics; data is anonymised
No data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
