1. The service

Nerd Prescribed provides professional website design and ongoing managed maintenance services to small business owners and independent traders. By submitting a quote request, contact form, or entering into a project agreement, you agree to these terms.

2. Service plans

Starter Design — One-Time Fee

A one-time project to design, build, and deploy a professional website of up to 5 pages. Includes basic SEO setup, mobile-friendly design, and 2 rounds of revisions. Ongoing hosting and maintenance are not included.

Managed Studio — Monthly Subscription

Everything included in the Starter plan, plus hosting on Vercel, security updates, daily backups, performance monitoring, analytics, unlimited small content edits, and priority support. Billed monthly. Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days notice (see Section 6).

3. Payment terms

• One-time projects: A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the site goes live.
• Monthly subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance via Stripe. The first payment is due on or before the project go-live date.
• All prices are in Euro (€) and exclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Revisions

Starter Design projects include 2 rounds of revisions. A revision round covers a set of changes reviewed together. Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately. Managed Studio clients receive unlimited small content edits as part of their subscription.

5. Ownership of work

Upon receipt of final payment, you own the final website design and all associated content you provided. The studio retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their individual licences. The studio is not responsible for licence compliance for client-supplied assets.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• One-time projects: The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work begins, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.

7. Limitation of liability

The studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
